Succession Matching Workforce Youth Women

Project Summary
In March 2017, SEDC and 5 municipalities—Brockton, Hanover, Minto, and Wellington North—came together to form a partnership called “Saugeen Connects.” In 2022, the Municipality of South Bruce joined the partnership as an additional municipal partner. The mission is to collaborate and positively impact area economic growth, support youth retention and development, support growth and retention of businesses; and integrate efforts to leverage immigrant attraction to the area as residents, workers, entrepreneurs, business owners, operators, and investors.
